ShopLeftFurniture takes the intellectual property rights of others seriously and asks our users to do the same. The DMCA Policy sets forth the process for handling claims of copyright infringement. DMCA Notification Requirements

You must include:

A description of the infringement of your copyright work.
Describe the material infringement you claim, the access you want to be removed or disabled, and the URL or other location of the material.
Your name, occupational title (e.g. agent), address, and email address.
The following statement reads: "I sincerely believe that the copyright material I complain about is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or by law (e.g. as fair use)."
The following statement reads: "The information contained in this notice is accurate and I am the owner of or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright or title alleged to have been infringed, subject to perjury.
The electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
We will review your comments and take such action as we deem appropriate, according to DMCA, including deleting controversial content from the website. In addition, we can close or terminate the account of the reporting user where appropriate.

Counter-notification Requirement

If an agreement cannot be reached with the reported copyright owner, the content owner may submit a DMCA counter-notification to our mailbox within 10 business days of our notification date. If we receive a valid counter-complaint, we will email a copy of the notice to the copyright owner. A counter-notification is a legal document that must comply with the requirements of the DMCA and must include the following:

Contact Information: Your name, title (if an agent), physical address, email address and telephone number.
Content Identification: Reasonable identification of the material that has been removed or access to which has been blocked.
Statement of Perjury: The following statement: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material to be removed or disabled was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed”.
Consent to jurisdiction, one of the following statements (as the case may be): If located in the United States: “I consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the jurisdiction in which the address I have provided is located.” If headquartered outside the United States: “I submit to the jurisdiction of any U.S. district court in which we are located”.
Consent to service of the following statement: “I will receive service from the person who provided the original notice or his agent.”
Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Trademark Removal Request Request.

If you really want to report content on our site that you believe infringes your trademark rights, please provide the following information:

Details of the original trademark (or description in the case of a logo).
List of countries where the trademark is registered.
The registration number of the trademark.
A scanned copy of the trademark registration certificate or a screenshot of the registration on the relevant website or database of the State Intellectual Property Office.
A statement of the following statement: “By submitting this notice, I represent that I have a good faith belief that the use reported in the manner I complained of was not made by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law; that the information contained in this notice is accurate; and, I am authorized to act on behalf of the owners of the relevant intellectual property rights under penalty of perjury.”
