Returns can be requested within 30 days of the product’s receipt. To initiate a return or refund, please email us at sales@shopleftfurniture.com.

Items returned must be resaleable. We reserve the right to refuse to return postage stamps if they affect the possibility of resale.

All returned items must be shipped in original packaging.

Please provide the order number and photograph of the purchased product at the beginning of the return.

Special case: If damaged product is received, please provide open-box video, product picture, purchase certificate (order capture, order number, product receipt, etc.) for refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may only be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. If more than 30 minutes have passed, order cancellation will not be possible. Once your cancellation request has been processed, which typically takes around 12 business hours, your refund will be initiated.

Order Modifications:

You may request modifications to your order information within 12 hours of order placement without incurring any fees. Beyond 12 hours, order information cannot be modified without an additional fee of 30% of the order's value, as we will have to start creating a new design from scratch.

Refund Process:

Upon return and verification of the product, we will initiate your refund. Please allow 1-2 business days for the refund to reflect in your payment account, depending on your original payment method. If the refund is not received after the stipulated time, please contact us at sales@shopleftfurniture.com.

Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.It’s important to note that any shipping fees associated with the return will need to be covered by the customer.
