Where are we able to ship orders?
We regret to inform you that our current logistics services are limited solely to the United States. While we understand the enthusiasm and support of our global customers, we are, unfortunately, unable to extend our delivery services beyond the borders of the United States at this time.

Shipping Options and Order Process
Standard Delivery (12-14 days):
1.Orders up to $59.99: Shipping fee of $5.99.
2.Orders $59.99 and above: Free shipping.
Rush Delivery (9-11 days):
1.Orders up to $59.99: Shipping fee of $10.99.
2.Orders $59.99 and above: Free shipping.
Order Process: Please allow 1-2 days to receive a design draft via email for your review and approval. The production of your product will take 1-3 business days. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.
Order Tracking
Should you require information about your order post-shipment, please reach out to our customer service team. If you have created an account with us, you can monitor the status of your order directly by logging into your account and visiting the ‘Order Status’ page.
Upon approval of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, a second email will be sent to you (within 48 hours), which will include a link to track your shipment.
Lost Goods
We deeply regret this unfortunate incident. While we are not directly accountable for lost goods, we are committed to assisting you in this matter. Please provide us with your order number and we will do our utmost to liaise with the logistics company on your behalf.
Extended Order Processing Time
Our typical order processing time frame is 1-2 business days. In the event of a delay, we offer a $6 coupon as a token of compensation. If you need to initiate a return, our customer service team is ready to assist you. We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by delayed processing.
Please contact us via email, and we will expedite your refund as swiftly as possible. The refunded amount will be returned to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account can vary based on your payment method, typically ranging from 1 to 2 business days.

Acceptance
We kindly request you to inspect the condition of the package before signing for its receipt. In case you encounter damaged packaging or find an item out of stock, please decline the package and promptly contact our customer service. We assure you that we will address the issue promptly. Please be aware that if someone signs for the package on your behalf, it will be considered as if you have personally signed it.
